Melissa Ross

Melissa Ross handles the day to day running of our Pension Lane Impound Facility. She ensures that the vehicles are catalogued and released to the appropriate owners after accidents or impounds. She acts as the liaison with the local and area police departments and ensures the proper paperwork has been obtained in order to release vehicles back to the appropriate owners.

Additionally, Melissa is responsible for handling the advertising and marketing aspects of the company, including advertising and charity donations. Ross Towing is a proud supporter of many organizations including: MADD, The Children’s Hospital of Southwestern Ontario, The Firefighters Ball, The Diabetes Association to name a few. We also support several local youth sports teams. Melissa organizes several annual events including appearances of our trucks and drivers at various events like the Strathroy Emergency Services and Ilderton Truck Shows, the Touch a Truck event in London, and multiple local school appearances.
